  Our Member Spotlight is on Cindy Palajac, Hon. B.A., Diploma in Adult Education, HTCP/I, Sound Healing Practitioner, Past President of HTAC, Qualified Mentor

  Meet our Member Cindy!

  Cindy Palajac discovered Healing Touch in 1993 when she learned to balance her energy centers and quiet her mind, which dramatically transformed her life. Her journey began with curiosity about health and healing, eventually leading her to become a practitioner in 1999 and an instructor in 2001. Cindy now teaches Levels 1–5, advanced practice, and serves as a supervisory instructor, mentoring new instructors. Cindy’s full-time practice consists of facilitating online classes, working one-on-one with clients, and mentoring emerging healers. She lives in London, Ontario, with her husband, Tom, and their golden retriever, Misha.

  March 6th, 2025

  6pm-8pm Central 

  In this practice group, Lynn Luebben, HTCP/I, will be facilitating:

  • Discussion Group and Q&A on Mind Clearing, Headache Techniques, Heart to Heart Meditation, Chakra Spread, and Scudder Technique
  • Treatment Exchanges

  ✪  Healing Touch Certification continuing education credits are available as listed below. You can list those on the Continuing Education Worksheet available in the Certification support portal. No certificates will be issued.

  ✪ Approved HTC CE: 1 hour. Not to exceed 10 hours in the 5 year renewal period.

  These practice groups are an opportunity for students and practitioners to:

  • Become more confident in administering HT techniques
  • Connect with your HT community
  • Have access to an instructor that can answer your questions and provide you with guidance

  For each Healing Touch Level Practice Group, Instructors will:

  • Offer a detailed technique review with discussion
  • Provide guidance on practicing the techniques during the group
  • Answer questions about the techniques

  Participants must have completed the HT Level prior to attending the practice group (ie. must have completed Level 1 in order to participate in Level 1 Practice Group).
  

  Fees:

  HTPA Members -FREE 

  Public - $40 

  HOW THE PRACTICE GROUPS WORK:

  1. The first part of the practice group is a guided meditation and then an Instructor led teaching and demonstration of a specific HT technique. Thoughtfully selected learning plans/technique reviews have been selected for each Level, each month.

  2. Participants then have an opportunity to ask questions before being put into breakout rooms to practice the technique.

  3. Participants then return back to the main session to share their experience and ask more questions.

  The whole process is designed to help you learn, grow, and become more confident, not only with the instructor's guidance, but also from other's experiences and questions as well!

  TIPS:

  All participants on the call will be paired up in breakout rooms to practice. We really encourage you to take advantage of this time and practice in these breakout rooms. However, if you do not wish to be assigned to a break out room, we ask that you please leave the meeting prior to the breakout session to avoid us from having to rearrange the automatic room assignments generated by Zoom, which slows things down and cuts down on the practice time for others. We appreciate your understanding!

  These events will be recorded for teaching purposes only and will not be shared with participants. You must attend live to participate.  The content in any slides presented during the event are from the HT Level Notebooks so therefore the slides will not be shared with participants. 

  It is recommended that you have your Level 1 notebook available for reference during the practice group.

  Come join us for a lively discussion! The HTPA Virtual Book Club usually takes place on the third Monday of every month at 7pm Central time (USA). The HTPA Book Club is FREE for HTPA Community, Professional and Insurance members. These rich discussions on the book of the month can support Level 5 reading requirements, and is an opportunity to share your wisdom. This is a wonderful way to join community, feel connected, and expand in thoughtful discourse. Only those that have requested to be a part of the Virtual Book Club (and hold an eligible Membership) will receive the Zoom link the day before the club meetings. Meetings are recorded and recordings are posted to the HTPA member portal. Once you have requested to join the club, you will always receive the links to the meetings, unless you request to be removed from the club or you allow your eligible HTPA membership to lapse.

  About the Book:

  A number of other books has been written about the "Seven Universal Principles" or "Seven Laws of Nature" using somewhat more modern language, but The Kybalion is the classic. This is not just a theory or a philosophy - the principles, being universal, are down-to-earth practical. If you apply them consciously in your life, your life will change. While in times long gone by, these may have seemed to be only arbitrary spiritual principles, they are in accord with the view of quantum physics. Kybalion states that universe is mind-like in nature; quantum physics states that the universe is composed out of intelligent energy. The rest of the book describes how to manifest anything with one's thoughts - the process of manifestation, and it reminds of the book "Dimensional Structure of Consciousness" by Samuel Avery. The most important part of this book - other than pointing out these principles is that they are UNIVERSAL - they allways work, they express throughout nature and if you use them and apply the consciously, you can create whatever you can possibly desire in your life. You will know then that there is a law and that it works with mathematical precision, and that you can ALWAYS count on it. The moment you grasp this truth, you will never ever again wish or hope for something to happen, you will know that you have the power to create it and you will be certain of it. And when you use this principles consciously and experience the truth of them - no one in the entire world will ever be able to talk you out of fulfilling your heart's desires. Even if the entire world doubts and laughs at you, you will not care because you'll KNOW that you CAN. You will have the "key".
  

  About the Author:

  The identity of the Three Initiates has been the subject of much secrecy and rumor since The Kybalion first appeared at the beginning of the twentieth century. It is now believed that William Walker Atkinson was one of or perhaps the sole author of the book.

  The HTPA Virtual Chapter meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 10:00am-11:00 am CT (8am PT, 9am MT, 11am ET). These meetings are FREE to HTPA Community, Professional and Insurance members. Members who wish to participate in these meetings, will need to register for the individual meetings in order to receive the unique zoom links for each meeting.

  Instructor-Led Practice Group: Level 3 

  Thursday, March 20th, 2025

  6pm-8pm Central 

  In this practice group, Ines Hoster HTCP/I, will be facilitating:

  • Discussion Group and Q&A on Spinal Cleansing, Etheric Clearing, and Lymphatic Clearing, and Spiritual Surgery

  ✪ Healing Touch Certification continuing education credits are available as listed below. You can list those on the Continuing Education Worksheet available in the Certification support portal. No certificates will be issued.
  

  ✪ Approved HTC CE: 1 hour. Not to exceed 10 hours in the 5 year renewal period.

  These practice groups are an opportunity for students and practitioners to:

  • Become more confident in administering HT techniques
  • Connect with your HT community
  • Have access to an instructor that can answer your questions and provide you with guidance

  For each Healing Touch Level Practice Group, Instructors will:

  • Offer a detailed technique review with discussion
  • Provide guidance on practicing the techniques during the group
  • Answer questions about the techniques

  Participants must have completed the HT Level prior to attending the practice group (ie. must have completed Level 1 in order to participate in Level 1 Practice Group).

  HOW THE PRACTICE GROUPS WORK:

  1. The first part of the practice group is a guided meditation and then an Instructor led teaching and demonstration of a specific HT technique. Thoughtfully selected learning plans/technique reviews have been selected for each Level, each month.

  2. Participants then have an opportunity to ask questions before being put into breakout rooms to practice the technique.

  3. Participants then return back to the main session to share their experience and ask more questions.

  The whole process is designed to help you learn, grow, and become more confident, not only with the instructor's guidance, but also from other's experiences and questions as well!

  TIPS:

  All participants on the call will be paired up in breakout rooms to practice. We really encourage you to take advantage of this time and practice in these breakout rooms. However, if you do not wish to be assigned to a break out room, we ask that you please leave the meeting prior to the breakout session to avoid us from having to rearrange the automatic room assignments generated by Zoom, which slows things down and cuts down on the practice time for others. We appreciate your understanding!

  These events will be recorded for teaching purposes only and will not be shared with participants. You must attend live to participate.  The content in any slides presented during the event are from the HT Level Notebooks so therefore the slides will not be shared with participants. 

  It is recommended that you have your Level 3 notebook available for reference during the practice group.
