As part of our May Self-Care Series, Diáne Mandle (award winning author and Tibetan bowl practitioner and instructor) will lead you through a short training on the sacred Tibetan instruments and provide a few self-care techniques for those who may have these instruments at their disposal.
After this short introduction and teaching (20 minutes), you will be immersed in a 40 minute sound healing meditation to support the clarity of your energy systems and the strengthening of your mind, body, and Spirit resources. She was part of the integrative therapy team at the San Diego Cancer Center and developed a successful sound healing program for incarcerated veterans with PTSD.
Diáne will be using the following instruments: Tingsha, ganta, singing bowls, and percussion.
