The Expand Your Network: Exploring Self-Care Modalities series provides Healing Touch Instructors and Certified Practitioners with the opportunity to share self-care modalities they are skilled in or knowledgeable about with our community.

This program is designed to inspire members to explore self-care practices for personal well-being or client referrals. It is also a valuable resource for Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentices working on their Level 5 Growth Work, particularly the self-care modalities requirement.

In this episode, Stacy Noel presents: Simple Self-Care Practices for Busy Days

In this 42-minute presentation, you will learn:

  • "Let Go Awareness" Meditation: Discover a quick and powerful practice using your breath to promote calm and mindfulness—even at a red light or during a busy moment.
  • Incorporating Self-Care into Daily Routines: Learn how to seamlessly integrate small, consistent self-care practices into your day, such as mindful coffee moments, breathwork, and movement to release stagnant energy.
  • Techniques for Better Boundaries: Explore how to create work-life boundaries that support your mental and emotional well-being through practices like visualization, intention setting, and gratitude.
  • Innovative Tools for Self-Care: Stacy shares easy techniques like the “Take 5” tactile breathing practice, the Butterfly Hug for relaxation, and the "Brush It Off" technique to release stress and promote balance.
  • Interactive Modalities for Clients and Caregivers: Learn how to adapt and share self-care practices with family, friends, clients, and colleagues, creating ripple effects of wellness in your community.

This presentation is packed with actionable ideas to help you prioritize your well-being while caring for others. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain practical, empowering tools for self-care that fit seamlessly into even the busiest schedules.
