How to Use Breathwork to Create Massive Change and Overcome Challenges

  • 01/11/2022
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (EST)
  • Online/ Zoom

“Breath is life.” So, it’s not surprising that Breathwork has become one of the fastest-growing holistic healing practices. It’s being shown to have powerful and wide-ranging benefits for: stress and emotional clearing, trauma release, personal development and self-expression, some physical ailments, as well as what we would call energetic or spiritual healing.

We are excited to host a live discussion and Q&A with respected Breathwork teacher Jon Paul Crimi on January 11th at 12:00pm Eastern Time (9:00am Pacific, 10am Mountain, 11am Central).  He has been teaching breathwork for 10 years, has taken multiple thousands of people through sessions and classes, and has trained 1000 teachers to continue sharing this method of conscious, connected breathing.

Join us for this rich and spirited discussion and discover:

  • Why Breathwork is one of the fastest and most effective ways to release old trauma – yours or from your ancestry;
  • What exactly goes on that makes Breathwork a great way to “reprogram” the nervous system;
  • How breath practice can quiet the voice of the inner critic, help you see outside the box of self-limitation, and open to your infinite potential;
  • How it can cultivate true self-love; not just the warm, fuzzy feelings, but the strength to rise to the work of living your purpose and passion.
  • Why clients are getting faster and longer-lasting results from Breathwork and how incorporating Breathwork can serve your clients and expand your energy medicine practice.

He will also talk about how Breathwork can free us from our attachment to what other people think of us. Free us to be fully ourselves.
