Meet our Member Flor!
Flor is a HTCP, Flower Essence Practitioner, Meditation Instructor, and Mentor serving her clients with full soul and heart. She has been studying and practicing holistic therapies, Buddhism and Meditation for over 30 years.
As a result of her own healing from perfectionism, comparing and feelings of falling short and never enough that were getting in the way of her professional and personal life she realized how this same issue was the core reason for her clients' struggles.
For the last few years, she has committed her work to helping women heal the relationship they have with themselves so they can stop comparing and have the courage to be who they are and go for what they want in life.
Flor supports her clients through her unique multi-layered mentoring and healing approach either on a 1:1 basis or through her group program Loving your Imperfect Self
