The Expand Your Network– Exploring Self-Care Modalities series is an opportunity for Healing Touch Instructors and Certified Practitioners to share various self-care modalities they are skilled and/or knowledgeable in that they wish to share with our community. The purpose of this program is to share self-care modalities that members can consider for their own self-care or for client referrals. This program can also be helpful for Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentices working on their Healing Touch Growth work for Level 5 and completing their self-care modalities requirement.

In this Expand Your Network interview,

Diana Czekalski presents on: Meridians

In this 24-min presentation, you will learn:

    • Understand the Basics of Meridians: Learn what meridians are, their connection to specific organs, and how energy flows along these pathways to influence physical and emotional health.
    • Calm the Triple Warmer: Discover the "Triple Warmer Smoothie," a technique to reduce stress and calm the fight-or-flight response. Diana explains how to trace energy out of the triple warmer to bring relaxation.
    • Emotions and Meridian Connections: Explore how meridians relate to emotions, such as the stomach meridian's link to self-esteem and the kidney meridian's association with fear. Diana shares how understanding these connections can guide your work.
    • Support Clients with Specific Conditions: Learn practical techniques to strengthen organ energy pathways, such as tracing the lung meridian to support clients with lung disorders or cancer, and understanding how meridians like the liver influence detoxification.
    • Energy Clock Insights: Dive into the human body energy clock, which highlights the connection between meridians and specific times of day. For example, learn how waking up at 1–3 a.m. could indicate liver energy imbalances.

This recording is a must-watch for practitioners looking to expand their understanding of energy pathways and integrate these skills into their Healing Touch practice.

This interview can be found on the Expand Your Network- Self-Care page of the member site and is available to HTPA Community, Professional, and Insurance Members.
