"Clarity Breathwork: A Valuable Practice for These Times"
Presented by Jeri Lawson
Join us for a powerful session of Clarity Breathwork, a healing modality that uses circular, connected breathing to access higher states of consciousness and release stored emotional, energetic, and physical patterns. As oxygen fills the body and vibration rises, unresolved emotions, unconscious beliefs, and pain can surface and gently clear—making space for compassion, self-acceptance, and deeper love.
In this one-hour session, Jeri Lawson will guide us through a 20-minute Clarity Breathwork-based meditation designed to clear the energy field, calm the emotional body, and support physical healing. This is a practice you can return to again and again to ground yourself, restore balance, and deepen your connection to your highest self.
Please prepare the following:
-
A comfortable place to breathe—either seated in a supportive chair or lying down on a bed, healing table, or yoga mat.
-
Pillows, blankets, water, and a journal.
-
Plan to keep your video on and position yourself so Jeri can observe your breathing for support and safety.
Fees:
HTPA Community & Professional Members - FREE
HTPA Support Members - $15
Public - $30
