Roundtable Discussion:

The Impact of Self-Care on Professional Success

Facilitated by Gaby Schlumpberger and Sarah Sherbenou

What if your success isn’t driven by pushing harder—but by taking better care of yourself?

In this round table, we explore how self-care is not a luxury, but a foundation for sustainable productivity, creativity, and clear decision-making. Together, we’ll reflect on how our energy, boundaries, and daily habits directly influence the way we show up in our professional lives.

This is an open space to share experiences, challenges, and practical self-care practices that support focus, prevent burnout, and help you stay aligned—even in demanding environments.

Come as you are, and leave with new perspectives on how caring for yourself can elevate not only your wellbeing, but also your impact and success.

Fees:

HTPA Community & Professional Members - FREE

HTPA Support Members - $10

Public - $15
