As the seasons shift and nature begins to let go, we’re invited to do the same.

Join us for this month’s Togetherness Call, where we’ll explore the theme Focus on Shedding through a guided chakra meditation. Together, we’ll gently release what no longer serves us—old energy, outdated patterns, emotional heaviness—and create space for clarity, calm, and renewal.

The intention of this call is to gather the love and light that we are, individually and collectively, center and ground ourselves in the support of Spirit and extend healing love and light in service to our community and those who are requesting support.  

This gathering will include:

• Opening Meditation - Focus on Shedding - A Chakra Journey Meditation
• Exchange Healing Touch Treatment in Breakout Groups 
• Group Healing Meditation
